In accordance with Rapid Fire Theatre’s anti-harassment policy, this form is made available so that individuals may anonymously report incidents that are in violation of Rapid Fire Theatre’s policies.

All responses collected are anonymous and are distributed to the President, Artistic Director and General Manager.

Due to the anonymous nature of submissions, we are not able to communicate steps taken or provide a response.
