Odd Wednesday is a monthly alt comedy showcase, featuring the funniest performers in Edmonton doing their weirdest and wildest material. Since 2016, the show has been a space for comedians to step out of their comfort zones and push their creative boundaries. Sketch comedy, character pieces, musical comedy, performance art… if it’s too bold and bizarre for any other show, you’ll find it here. Produced and hosted by local sketch comedy darlings the Debutantes, you never know what you’ll see on Odd Wednesday.

Our October edition will be headlined by Sketchy Broads! This Edmonton comedy supergroup just wrapped up a critically acclaimed Fringe run of their hilarious show Easy Bake Coven, and now they’re ready to take the Odd Wednesday stage. They’ll be joined by Rebecca Merkley (of Jesus Teaches Us Things and Merk Du Soleil fame), a new project from Jesse Harlton (of Don’t Not Talk To Strangers fame), and the Debutantes (of hosting and producing this show fame)!
