Kinew Moosewaypayo (they/them) is a student at the University of Alberta in their last year of the Honours Psychology program. They are a proud member of Kinistin Saulteaux Nation in Treaty 4 territory, but call Amiskwaciwâshkahikan home after moving here for university and finding a strong local community. When they’re not at Rapid Fire or working on their thesis, you’ll find them either curled up with a good book or crocheting hats, scarves, and other various winter gear for their friends and family.
