You’ve done movies. You’ve done escape rooms. Hell, there was that time you even did indoor paintball. But you haven’t done an improv class! It’s a night of laughs and love as you and your special someone(s) play through classic improv games guided by one of our amazing teachers. And we’ll have the bar open for folks to grab a bevvy!

Joey Lucius is Rapid Fire Theatre’s Academy Director and resident cutie-pie. As a teacher and educator, Joey has worked for Edmonton Public Schools, the University of Alberta, and Boyle Street Education Centre. He’s a alumni contributor to the online Beaverton, a Canadian Comedy Award winner, and an RFT stalwart for over 19 years. Joey is a birder.

Director of Outreach & Welcome, Joleen Ballendine has been teaching improv since 2007. She has taught internationally, is an award winning comedian and performs and writes for television. She is best known for her loud voice, colorful lipstick and her ugly cry on stage!
