1 Year of experience in Improv for Homeschoolers
Must be at least 13 yrs old

A new offering! As Improv for Homeschoolers heads into its 3rd season at Rapid Fire, some of our veteran students requested a more advanced class. This is that!

Students will expand their skills by preparing for and performing in The Northern Alberta Improv League (NAIL). Enrolled homeschoolers will meet weekly on Tuesday afternoons playing and reinventing classic short form games.

Players will then get an opportunity to showcase their work once a month on the Rapid Fire stage with students from across northern Alberta.

The age range for students to participate is 13-18 years old.

Classes run Tuesdays 3:00pm-4:30pm

Instructor: Joey Lucius

Joey Lucius is Rapid Fire Theatre’s Academy Director and resident cutie-pie. As a teacher and educator, Joey has worked for Edmonton Public Schools, the University of Alberta, and Boyle Street Education Centre. He’s an alumni contributor to the online Beaverton, a Canadian Comedy Award winner, and an RFT stalwart for over 19 years. Joey is a birder.
