Improvaganza 2012 was the 12th annual Improvaganza in Edmonton. The festival headliner was Maria Bamford, who performed a set both at the Varscona Theatre and at the Garneau Theatre.
This was the first year that the Garneau Theatre became a venue for the festival, and the last year that the festival was held at the Varscona Theatre before it was demolished and rebuilt.
