How to play Taxi Driver
This week on Family Improv at Home, we’re playing the character game “Taxi Driver”.
What you need:
- Two chairs
- Some costumes and props (optional)
Step 1
Set up your chairs like a vehicle, with a driver and a passenger seat.
Step 2
The taxi driver begins driving, and picks up their passenger.
Step 3
The driver acts like a chameleon, adapting to any character traits that the passenger has. The passenger plays any character they can think of! It could be an occupation, an emotion…anything!
Step 4
Once you’re comfortable, feel free to change roles. Make the driver become the passenger and vice versa.
Step 5
Be sure to let the taxi driver know where you’re going. The scene ends when you’ve reached your destination!
