Kirsten Rasmussen was voted Best Female Improviser for the Canadian Comedy Awards in 2015. She’s been a member of Second City’s Toronto Mainstage Company creating two shows with the famous theatre “How To Kill A Comedian” and “Click Bait & Switch”. She teaches, coaches and directs in Toronto with Second City Training Centre and Bad Dog Theatre. She also performs with the amazing Matt Folliot in the duo K$M that was nominated for Best Improv Troupe for the Canadian Comedy Awards. Kirsten was a founding member and director of the Montreal Improv Theatre in Montreal where she lived for three years also performing her award wining solo shows ” Blink Blink Blink” and “Tough!”. She started improvising with Rapid Fire Theatre in 2006. She was with the company from 2006 to 2009 performing in Theatresports and Chimprov and touring. Kirsten is a graduate of the BFA Acting program at the University of Alberta.
